Since our products are perishable food items, we accept returns or replacements only in case of damaged, defective or incorrect items received.

Please share clear photos/videos of the issue on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist promptly with a replacement or refund. Refunds, when approved, are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
